Job Description

About the company Studio Ready is a Miami-based fragrance and skincare brand with an established direct-to-consumer business built over nearly a decade. Our product line includes fragrances, deodorants, body scrubs, and body oils. We are an independent, growing company investing in our marketing and sales channels, and we are hiring a Head of Growth to lead that growth. Position summary The Head of Growth leads and executes Studio Ready's direct-to-consumer growth across paid acquisition, email and lifecycle marketing, retention, our membership/subscription program, and new marketplace and retail channels. We are deliberately building this capability in-house rather than outsourcing it to an agency — so this is a true builder's role. Reporting directly to the founder, you will be hands-on from day one — setting the growth strategy and executing it yourself — and you'll develop the function internally, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business grows. Responsibilities Plan and manage paid media across Meta and Google Ads, improving CAC, ROAS, and payback while scaling spend profitably. Build and optimize the email and lifecycle marketing program in Klaviyo, including welcome, replenishment, win-back, and membership flows. Grow the subscription/membership program through acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Launch and manage new sales channels, including an online marketplace partnership with a national retailer, and identify additional marketplace and retail opportunities. Track and report on growth performance and prioritize budget across channels. Requirements 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce growth marketing, with a track record of growing revenue. Experience in beauty, fragrance, or CPG. Expert-level, hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific flows and ad accounts they have built and managed. Proficient with Shopify. A builder who executes the work directly, not only directs it. Fluent with modern AI tools and able to use them to work faster and increase output. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with DTC metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention). Experience launching or managing a marketplace or new sales channel (Amazon or Mirakl-based marketplaces preferred).
