Full Job Description Now Hiring:
L3 Vehicle Operator (Autonomous Vehicles) - Miami, FL Be part of the future of mobility. Join a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle program and work directly with next-gen AV systems in real-world environments. What You'll Do Operate within autonomous vehicles as a safety-critical L3 Vehicle Operator , monitoring system performance in real time Maintain continuous situational awareness during 4-8+ hour sessions inside the vehicle Execute basic software interactions , system resets, and interface navigation across AV platforms Support on-road missions and depot operations , adapting to dynamic testing scenarios (PUDO, staging, etc.) Capture and log detailed operational data, metrics, and issue reports (ZPT-style) Provide clear, structured feedback to engineering teams to improve system performance Assist with vehicle readiness, diagnostics, and light maintenance coordination Act as a public-facing ambassador of autonomous technology What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset Ability to follow strict SOPs and testing protocols Comfortable working with software systems, digital tools, and data logging platforms Proven ability to stay focused during extended vehicle operations (4-8+ hours) Clear communicator who can translate real-world observations into actionable feedback for engineers Team-oriented, adaptable, and mission-driven Why This Role Hands-on exposure to autonomous vehicle systems and real-world testing environments Work alongside engineering, operations, and AV development teams Be at the forefront of next-generation mobility and robotics Direct impact on how autonomous vehicles are deployed and improved If you're disciplined, tech-curious, and want a front-row seat to the future of autonomy—this is it.
