Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional design, implementation, and optimization for ATTP-related programs and initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Act as the primary point of contact between business, IT, and operations teams. Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with business processes and strategic objectives. Provide guidance and oversight to functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Drive solution validation, UAT support, and sign-offs to ensure business readiness. Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and optimizations. Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure smooth integration of functional components. Support governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and compliance adherence. Mentor team members and promote best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in leading functional workstreams in large-scale transformation programs. Strong knowledge of business process design and system implementation. Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments.

Strong functional expertise and analytical thinking Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience with process improvement and transformation initiatives Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms) Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (CBAP, PMP, etc.)

Business stakeholders and process owners IT and development teams Project/program management teams External vendors and consultants (if applicable) The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60.10/hour - $93.90/hour.
