Sr. Strategic Transformation Office Analyst

Job Description Job Summary The Sr. Strategic Transformation Office Analyst is a key member of the Strategy & Transformation Office. The analyst is responsible for owning and managing the Amplify platform (which acts as the source of truth for transformation initiatives), serving as the primary point of contact and super user for all tool-related inquiries. This role delivers high impact data analysis and automated Power BI reporting to support global visibility into performance, progress and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Owns Amplify Transformation Management tool Serves as POC for all tool inquiries (super user) Conducts user training: distributes calendar invitations, uploads training materials to proper platforms, maintains and tracks training attendance Creates content to support education of new features, business rules, processes Run analysis on progress and impact Prepares automated reporting using Power BI Assist Manager in preparing materials for the Transformation Steering committee meetings Stays on top of data hygiene and chases where needed

Salary Range:
