  • Internal Platforms (CRM/SaaS/ERP) Innova Solutions is seeking a visionary VP of Product & Technology Transformation to lead the evolution of our proprietary platforms
  • CRM and a SaaS platform with ERP-like functionality
  • which power our staffing engine.
This role demands a product leader deeply rooted in technology, with a proven ability to scale homegrown systems, drive operational efficiency, and translate product innovation into measurable financial outcomes.
Platforms You'll Own CRM :
Our internal application platform that automates staffing-specific workflows, from credentialing to placement logistics. SaaS platform with ERP-like functionality : A provider/client-facing portal for timesheets, expenses, and engagement tracking. Together, these platforms form a tightly integrated ecosystem that supports our entire staffing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM and SaaS/ERP, aligning with business goals and revenue targets Lead digital transformation initiatives that modernize legacy workflows using emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation) Partner with Engineering to scale platform architecture , improve performance, and reduce technical debt Drive feature innovation that enhances provider/client experience and increases retention Quantify and communicate the financial impact of product improvements-e.g., faster fill rates, reduced support costs, increased margin Champion data-driven decision making , leveraging platform analytics to inform roadmap priorities Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure product-market fit and operational alignment Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years in product leadership roles with a strong foundation in software engineering Experience scaling homegrown, in-house platforms
  • not just configuring off-the-shelf solutions Proven success in digital transformation , especially in operationally complex environments Ability to articulate how product decisions impact financial outcomes , including revenue growth, cost savings, and customer retention Familiarity with healthcare staffing , workforce platforms, or B2B SaaS is a plus Strong grasp of emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation) and how they can be pragmatically applied Success Metrics Increased fill rate, reduced time-to-placement thus having a direct impact on revenue Improved provider/client satisfaction scores Reduction in manual workflows and support tickets Revenue growth tied to platform enhancements Scalable architecture that supports future growth
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
$200-300K/year pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
