Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) to lead and transform global billing, cash application, collections, credit, and dispute management operations within a complex multinational environment. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving process standardization, operational excellence, automation initiatives, governance, and working capital optimization across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading large-scale global Invoice-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash organizations within a d Services or Global Business Services environment. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, Sales, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and Technology teams to build scalable processes, improve cash flow performance, enhance customer experience, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Invoice-to-Cash strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
  • Lead end-to-end Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Credit, and Dispute Resolution functions across multiple regions.
  • Drive process standardization, governance, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives globally.
  • Improve working capital performance through DSO reduction, collections optimization, and revenue assurance programs.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP platforms, AI, RPA, and automation technologies.
  • Establish and monitor global KPIs, SLAs, controls, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align finance operations with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee internal controls, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation programs.
  • Manage global shared services relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Lead large global teams, including direct leadership of senior managers and oversight of matrixed operations teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance leadership to improve systems integration, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Champion change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the organization. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Finance Operations, d Services, or Order-to-Cash experience.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience overseeing global Invoice-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Deep expertise in Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Experience leading global shared services organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, HighRadius, or similar systems.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI, RPA, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven success managing large global teams in highly matrixed multinational environments.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experienced leading teams of 30+ direct reports and 100+ matrixed employees.
  • Strong background in d Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Center of Excellence environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations and finance transformation programs.
  • Comfortable partnering with CFOs, Controllers, Treasury, Tax, Sales, Legal, and Technology executives.
  • Data-driven leader with expertise in process optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience supporting large multinational organizations with complex global operations.
