Data Ops Consultant

Key Responsibilities Business Engagement & Self-Service Adoption Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs. Drive adoption of self-service reporting and analytics. Create a roadmap for self-service adoption. Act as liaison between business users and data platform teams. Training & Change Management Design and deliver training programs and workshops. Create documentation and user guides. Enable business users to leverage BI and data tools.

Translate requirements into specifications for dashboards and data products. Support UAT activities. Act as a business-side advisor for data quality and platform usability. Data Governance (Supporting Role) Support enterprise data governance initiatives.

Data definitions Data standards Governance practices Work with governance and technical teams to ensure trusted data access. Data Operations Support (Secondary) Provide business-context support for data operations and monitoring. Participate in data quality and platform improvement initiatives. Required Skills Strongly Required Business Analyst experience Experience working with: Data Analytics BI platforms Requirements gathering Documentation Stakeholder communication Training non-technical users Ability to explain complex data concepts to business users Cross-functional collaboration Preferred Data Governance experience Enterprise Data Management concepts Modern Data Architecture exposure Azure DevOps (or equivalent) AI/ML exposure related to analytics Data Governance tools experience (client specifically asks candidates to highlight this) On-Site Requirement Must be willing to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday. Preference for 5 days/week onsite.
