management group in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.
Assignment Dates:

Schedule:
Tue & Wed:
9a-7p
Thu & Fri:
6a-4p
Setting:
Outpatient Call:
None Volume:
12-15 per day
Patient Ages:
8 years and up
Procedures:
Limited Cases:
Episodic, Immunizations, Flu Vaccination, CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza), Biometrics, Physicals, Labs (ordered internally and outside providers)
Support Staff:
RN, 2 MA's and a Front desk
EMR/Charting:
Epic, OHM Requirements Boards:
Board Certified;
Board Eligible Certifications:
BLS; DEA Highlights Fast credentialing; Less than 1 hour from a coastal beach; No call required. We take care of your malpractice insurance and pay on a weekly basis.
