Each patient must be assured of an uninterrupted flow of health services, while providing financial information to keep the institution viable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communicates with patients, visitors, fellow employees and medical office staff in a friendly, pleasant manner. Provides general information for the public. Conveys and forwards information to nursing staff, physician and financial staff. Satisfactory written communication skills as acquired through high school graduation or GED. Ability to exercise independent judgment in completion of job responsibilities. Some exposure to medical terminology preferred. Successful completion of Patient Access Exam.
