We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives, oversee product development, and align IT strategies with business goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a leadership role while working on-site in Shreveport, Louisiana. As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to support business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software products and IT systems. Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications Experience:
8+ years in technology management or a similar executive-level role. Proven track record of leading technology teams and delivering successful projects.
