Job Description

$300000 - $500000 A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is hiring a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its Product and Engineering organizations while driving the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This executive leadership role will oversee software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support continued business growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technology executive who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, engineering excellence, and business strategy. The organization is seeking a proven leader who can scale teams, influence company direction, and build market-leading healthcare software solutions. You'll work directly with executive leadership, customers, investors, and the Board of Directors while leading the development of transformative products that have a meaningful impact on healthcare organizations and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and operational execution, with a passion for building teams and creating technology that drives measurable business value. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience overseeing both Product and Engineering organizations
  • Extensive experience within healthcare enterprise software environments
  • Experience building software solutions for payer and/or provider organizations
  • Proven track record scaling engineering and product teams within high-growth technology companies
  • Experience managing organizations of 50+ team members
  • Strong background in SaaS platform architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise software development
  • Experience developing and executing long-term technology and product strategies
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working directly with Boards of Directors, investors, and executive leadership teams
  • Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams
  • Experience with HIPAA, PHI, and regulated healthcare data environments Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master's degree in a technical or business-related discipline
  • Experience within private equity or venture-backed software companies
  • Background in interoperability, healthcare integrations, and clinical data acquisition
  • Experience leading cloud-native and data-centric platform transformations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Experience managing external technology partnerships and vendor relationships
  • Proven success launching innovative healthcare products and platforms
