Role Description We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a full-time role based on-site in Boston, MA. The CTO will devise and execute technology strategies, ensure smooth IT operations, drive software development initiatives, and oversee the design and architecture of cutting-edge food innovation systems and tools. This role involves managing projects, leading technology-focused teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders to advance product development efforts. Qualifications Expertise in Software Development, including coding, automation, and scalability Strong Project Management abilities to lead cross-disciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with experience implementing innovative, sustainable, and scalable technology solutions In-depth knowledge of Product Development processes in technology and manufacturing-oriented projects Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Leadership experience in fast-growing or startup environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams Knowledge of emerging technology in manufacturing and sustainable food innovation is a plus Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
