Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.

Influence:

A proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority. What Will Set You Apart (Preferred) Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or other highly regulated industries. An analytical mindset with a "solutions-oriented" approach to problem-solving. The ability to pivot quickly in an evolving, high-growth environment. Monitor & Mitigate:

Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving resolutions before they become roadblocks.

Governance & Clarity:

Lead meetings, document decisions, and maintain real-time dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

Optimize Processes:
