Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead Location NJ (Client-facing role; hybrid/on-site as required) Role Purpose The Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead is responsible for partnering with client CXOs to define, govern, and deliver a portfolio of transformation programs and business cases. The role ensures measurable business value realization through process mining-driven insights, value engineering, and execution of automation, AI, and RPA initiatives . This is a strategic leadership role focused on bridging strategy to execution , institutionalizing value tracking, and driving accountable outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives. Why This Role Matters This role is central to ensuring that transformation investments deliver tangible, measurable business outcomes , moving beyond implementation to sustained value realization. The VRO Lead institutionalizes a data-driven, outcome-focused transformation culture across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Advise C-suite on value strategy, transformation roadmap, and automation investments Govern portfolio across process optimization, AI/ML, RPA, and ERP programs Develop and validate business cases (ROI, NPV, payback) Implement value tracking frameworks and dashboards Drive stage-gate governance and stakeholder alignment Ensure end-to-end value realization and continuous improvement Requirements:
18+ years in consulting/transformation/value realization Strong CXO stakeholder management experience Expertise in process mining, automation (RPA/AI), and ERP programs Proven track record in business case development and benefit tracking Skills & Competencies Functional Expertise Value Engineering & Financial Modeling Process Mining & Process Optimization AI / Automation Strategy (RPA, ML, GenAI exposure preferred) Transformation Program & Portfolio Management Leadership & Behavioral Skills Executive presence and stakeholder influence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights and outcomes Cross-functional leadership and governance Tools & Technologies (Preferred) Process Mining:
SAP Signavio, Celonis Automation:
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism Analytics:
Power BI, Tableau ERP:
SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financial modeling tools (Excel, enterprise planning tools) Success Metrics:

Process Mining . Experience:
>10 YEARS . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
