THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Fulfillment Technician to join our Tech team. This is an entry-level to developing role, ideal for someone with warehouse experience and an interest in IT or event technology. You'll play a key role in preparing, managing, and dispatching technology equipment for events, ensuring everything is accurate, functional, and ready to go.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage IT equipment out and pick & pack processes Maintain accurate stock levels (target 98%+) Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies Clean, test, and configure IT equipment Pack and prepare equipment to event-ready standards Maintain strong asset care and handling practices Prepare and check orders for accuracy and quality Ensure documentation is complete and correct Support time-sensitive dispatch deadlines Use
WMS / ERP
systems to track stock movements Support process improvements and stock control Handle stock queries and supplier issues Collaborate with warehouse and technical teams Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Follow warehouse H&S procedures at all times Operate equipment safely (e.g. pallet trucks) Maintain strong asset control and compliance You'll Thrive in this role if you have……. 1+ year warehouse experience (goods in/out, picking, packing) Strong stock accuracy and attention to detail Basic IT knowledge or interest in technology Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment …… and you are…… Reliable, accountable, and consistent Strong attention to detail with a quality mindset Proactive and able to work independently Team player with clear communication skills Adaptable and calm under pressure In return you will get…..
