Business Process Optimization
  • Agentification Strategy
  • Embed directly with business units across company (revenue, marketing, finance, HR, and others) to identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact automation and agentification opportunities.
  • Conduct process discovery workshops and map existing workflows end-to-end, then define a clear agentification strategy with ROI estimates and phased delivery roadmaps for each use case.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the AI engineering pod - translating operational requirements into technical briefs the team can build against.
  • Lead change management and user adoption activities, including readiness assessments, pilot design, training delivery, and post-launch feedback loops to ensure agents are embedded into day-to-day workflows.
  • Maintain the business process optimization backlog, continuously surfacing new opportunities from the field and tracking value delivered against the team's mandate to accelerate Client's AI transformation Thanks and Regards!
