Job Description

Job Description Overview Plays a pivotal role within the AI Transformation Division, responsible for bringing VNS Health's AI strategy to life through execution and culture change. Acts as the engine room for our AI ways of working, leading cross-functional squads to move projects from ideation to scaled impact.

This is not a traditional project management role; it requires a product mindset and a deep toolkit in Design Thinking to solve complex healthcare challenges. You will bridge the gap between our Enterprise AI Portfolio (managed by the AI Transformation Manager) and our overarching Operating Model (led by the AI Transformation Director), ensuring that AI is not just a tool we use, but a core component of how we work. What You Will Do:
Squad Leadership & Execution:
Assembles and leads cross-functional "AI Squads" composed of clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to execute high-priority AI initiatives.
Product Management:
Defines product roadmaps for specific AI implementations, prioritizing features based on clinical value, operational efficiency, and ROI.
Design Thinking Integration:
Facilitates discovery workshops and empathy mapping sessions to ensure AI solutions are human-centric and solve the "right" problems for our clinicians and patients. AI "Ways of Working"
Stewardship:
Standardizes and evangelizes agile, iterative processes for AI development across the enterprise, moving the organization away from waterfall delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partners with the AI Transformation Manager to align squad outputs with the broader enterprise AI portfolio and with the Director of AI Transformation to ensure governance and capability standards are met.
Stakeholder Management:
Translates complex AI concepts into actionable business insights for departmental leaders, ensuring buy-in and successful adoption of new AI-driven workflows. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or degree in a relevant field required Master's Degree MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Product Management, Innovation Consulting, or leading complex cross-functional teams required Experience in healthcare or home health preferredProven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle—from MVP to scale required Certified or deeply experienced in Design Thinking methodologies required While not a developer role, you must have a strong grasp of Generative AI capabilities and how they can be applied to operational and clinical workflows required A "player-coach" who can dive into the details of a sprint while maintaining a strategic view of the project's impact Pay Range USD $93,400.00 - USD $116,800.00 /Yr.
