About the Job You're ConsideringYou'll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled transformation. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value‑driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms, translating complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans. In this role, you will take ownership of key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive execution excellence across engagements.
Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model designBuild board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and valueTranslate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approachesYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
