6 Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader within the Office of the
CIO & PMO.
This executive-level role will support enterprise-wide technology initiatives, drive organizational alignment, oversee complex IT programs, and provide executive-level operational leadership across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, IT leadership, program management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to bridge operational gaps, facilitate executive communications, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight Partner with executive leadership to support strategic technology and operational initiatives. Lead and oversee complex enterprise IT projects and programs. Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Support organizational change management and executive communications. Provide operational oversight and strategic guidance to service line leaders. Enterprise Technology & Integration Oversee enterprise technology implementations and integrations. Ensure operational readiness and stability during major system transitions. Support long-term technology strategy and optimization efforts. Monitor program performance and ensure realization of strategic objectives. Operational Management Direct, coordinate, and evaluate activities across divisional departments and leadership teams. Assist in developing policies, programs, and operational strategies. Review project proposals, business initiatives, and operational plans. Participate in budget reviews and strategic planning discussions. Provide recommendations regarding organizational priorities and resource allocation. Executive & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders. Represent senior leadership in meetings and interactions with regulatory, governmental, and organizational partners as needed. Facilitate communication across departments to support enterprise initiatives. Provide leadership coverage and delegated authority when required. Required Qualifications Education One of the following is required: Master's Degree in: Hospital Administration Healthcare Planning Business Administration Public Administration Related field OR Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline Experience Master's Degree plus 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare Administration Information Technology Leadership Program and Portfolio Management Public Administration Personnel and Labor Relations Finance and Budget Administration Strategic Planning Organizational Change Management Executive Operations Interdepartmental and Stakeholder Relations Required Skills Executive leadership and decision-making Enterprise program management Strategic planning and execution Organizational transformation and change management Cross-functional stakeholder management Budgeting and operational oversight Executive communication and presentation skills Process improvement and governance Risk management and issue resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities For more details reach at
