Full Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly collaborative Digital Process Engineer to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives focused on manufacturing, process engineering, and operational data optimization within a regulated environment. This role will combine process engineering knowledge with advanced digital and data capabilities to help modernize how process data is captured, analyzed, visualized, and leveraged across the organization. The ideal candidate will be digitally fluent with experience supporting generative AI initiatives, FAIR data principles, data contextualization, and intelligent document authoring solutions designed to streamline and revolutionize technical documentation workflows. This individual will play a key role in transforming manufacturing and process data into scalable digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and knowledge management. The engineer will work cross-functionally with Quality, Automation, Global Engineering, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Systems Infrastructure teams to support digital integration and data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting historian and operational data systems, data manipulation and transformation activities, development of scalable data models and dashboards, and integration of platforms such as Databricks and Grafana to enable advanced analytics and visualization capabilities. Approximately 35% of the role will require strong process engineering and manufacturing understanding, while the remaining focus will center on digital enablement, data strategy, and AI-driven process improvements. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across both technical and business-facing teams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
