Innovation Manager - Onsite#26-05045 Pittsburgh, PA On-site Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 5/21/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Innovation Manager for an onsite, contract-to-hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of innovation projects to meet organizational needs and capitalize on new product opportunities. The ideal candidate willbine expertise in process engineering, human-centered design, and systems thinking to reimagine workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and exceptional user experiences within a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage innovation activities to meet organizational needs and capitalize on potential new product opportunities Develop, manage, and implement a portfolio of innovation projects Advise internal clients to understand the results and implications of innovation initiatives Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimization Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business units and technology teams to drive end-to-end process transformation Develop scalable frameworks and repeatable methodologies for process reimagination Define success metrics, monitor oues, and iterate on solutions to ensure sustained value

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field 8+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or transformation roles Proven expertise in human-centered design or design thinking methodologies Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) Experience with Process Engineering and Modeling Lean Six Sigma experience (Yellow or Green belt preferred) Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience building technology requirements Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy) Desired skills: User Experience (UX) design Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or Confluence Machine Learning Digital Marketing Change Management Web Development Pay range: $36.55 - $44.55 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
