What you will be doing:
Focusing on specialized data analysis, data transformation, and data visualization activities across different departments (i.e., Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.). Assisting with custom statistical analysis and decision support, data engineering and transformation tasks, and building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Developing detailed and robust customer journey maps Creating a more seamless online/offline experience for customers and retailer Evolving our data analytics strategy to improve customer marketing and commercial operations Writing memos, training content, and other communications pieces to support Change Management efforts throughout the organization Assisting with custom statistical analysis and decision support, data engineering and transformation tasks, product testing and analysis, and building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
What you will need:
Be enrolled in a college/university program as a Junior or Senior in the Fall of 2026 as a Business, Computer Science, or Data Science major Experience writing SQL queries Experience using Tableau or another data‑visualization tool Organizational skills Strong data skills Strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and retail network Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written/verbal communications skills
Schedule:
Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days) Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors.
