Position is not eligible for sponsorship A large-scale organization is seeking a transformational Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead a major enterprise modernization initiative across one of the largest IAM environments in the industry. This leader will inherit a highly complex environment supporting over 200,000 users plus tens of thousands of contractor and guest identities across multiple business units. The organization is at a critical inflection point involving identity governance modernization, operational stabilization, Active Directory transformation, and strategic platform decisions surrounding Okta and Microsoft Entra. This is not a maintenance leadership role. The organization is seeking a proven enterprise IAM leader capable of building roadmap accountability, modernizing operations, improving audit readiness, and restoring execution credibility across identity engineering and operations teams.
Key areas of focus include:
Enterprise IAM modernization Okta / Entra ID strategy Active Directory transformation Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Lifecycle automation PAM/CyberArk initiatives Large-scale identity hygiene and cleanup efforts Operational excellence and audit readiness Vendor and contractor management Ideal candidates will come from large enterprise environments with strong experience leading IAM transformation programs, modern identity architectures, and cross-functional infrastructure/security initiatives.
