Full Time Position Overview The Fin Transformation Specialist is responsible for identifying, shaping, and advancing process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities across Home Office functions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate current processes, design future-state ways of working, and support the successful implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. This position plays a key role in connecting business needs, process redesign, technology enablement, and change adoption to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value. Location This role is open to candidates in the LaVista, NE or - Lenexa, KS area - with expected regular travel to LaVista, NE campus regularly as needed. This role may offer the flexibility for a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities + Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement, automation, and transformation opportunities across Home Office functions. + Lead structured discovery sessions and working meetings to understand current-state processes, pain points, and business needs. + Document and analyze current- and future-state workflows, including process maps, user journeys, and operational impacts. + Partner with stakeholders to redesign processes and recommend scalable, efficient, and user-centered solutions. + Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans. + Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and other partners involved in solution delivery. + Support intake and evaluation of new transformation opportunities by defining success criteria, business va To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
