Job Description

Logistic Operation Management What are the main tasks/responsibilities? Check attendance of all talents and assign and lead group to finish daily objectives Forecast and plan for staging & loading for daily based on inventory Communicate and lead drivers to provide quality issue for inspection from bay Oversee progress of loading by checking status of liveload / drop & hook trailers throughout day Print necessary documents for checking in & out process. This involves multiple steps of verifying trailer#, assigning and allocating loading ticket to respective areas for loading, printing out BOL, and gating out BOL when ready Implement and share daily inventory count at end of day Office document analysis based on data from ERP Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the team and business objectives. What are the key skills needed to efficiently carry out the duties? Associate/Bachelor degree in college Having attention to detail Get all employees on daily goal of receiving product and stacking away without damages, loading empty trailer with accuracy. Be a good listener & excellent communicator. It is utmost important to be an excellent communicator with previous shift managers for any change in plan for loading, staffing requests etc. What are the main tools I will be using? N-ERP Used for many of the tasks handled by the CY, such as checking in/out drivers, yard status, and paperwork GMES Used to check status of production and lot status
