Job Description As a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you'll play a key role in supporting our clinic operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow to maintain a smooth clinic schedule. Conducting patient scans using INSiGHT technology and assisting with other diagnostic tools as needed. Handling financial tasks such as processing payments, managing billing, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate financial records. Providing outstanding patient communication, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering support to build strong patient relationships. Assisting with administrative duties, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment. Collaborating with Dr. Petracci and the team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach to patient interactions. Experience or comfort with handling financial transactions, billing, and basic accounting (prior experience in a medical or chiropractic setting is a plus). Ability to perform patient scans and learn clinic-specific technologies (training provided). High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Chiropractic Assistant or relevant healthcare experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for health and wellness, especially in supporting families and children with neurological needs. Availability to work during clinic hours: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:00 am
