Job Description

The AI Transformation Enablement Lead is responsible for supporting the successful adoption of AI capabilities across Jacobs by executing enterprise enablement strategies, coordinating engagement activities, and fostering employee confidence in new ways of working. Reporting to the VP, AI Transformation, this role serves as the operational lead for AI adoption and engagement initiatives. The position will manage enterprise enablement programs, coordinate training and communications activities, support rollout efforts, and cultivate a network of AI Champions, Tool Stewards, and business stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in helping employees understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools and capabilities by creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adoption efforts are informed by data and feedback. Key Responsibilities Transformation Enablement & Adoption
  • Execute enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategies.
  • Support AI rollout activities across business units and functions.
  • Coordinate adoption initiatives that encourage sustained usage and engagement.
  • Identify adoption barriers and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support local adoption efforts. Champion & Community Network Management
  • Lead and coordinate the enterprise AI Champion Network.
  • Manage relationships with Tool Stewards and other enablement communities.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, collaboration sessions, and information sharing across the network.
  • Create opportunities for peer learning and success story sharing.
  • Gather feedback from champions and stakeholders to inform future improvements. Training & Learning Enablement
  • Coordinate and facilitate AI-focused training programs.
  • Host lunch-and-learn sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and office hours.
  • Support onboarding activities for new AI tools and capabilities.
  • Partner with learning and development resources to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
  • Promote available learning opportunities across the organization. Communications & Engagement
  • Develop and distribute communications supporting AI adoption initiatives.
  • Create engaging content, success stories, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
  • Support executive and leadership communications related to AI transformation efforts.
  • Maintain communication channels that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Help foster a positive and workforce-focused narrative around AI adoption. Adoption Analytics & Reporting
  • Track adoption, engagement, and participation metrics across AI programs.
  • Monitor training attendance, community engagement, and tool utilization trends.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership review.
  • Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting on transformation outcomes and adoption progress. Program Coordination
  • Coordinate enablement activities across multiple AI initiatives and deployment waves.
  • Maintain schedules, stakeholder communications, and activity plans.
  • Support governance meetings, readiness activities, and transformation milestones.
  • Ensure enablement efforts remain aligned with broader transformation objectives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of enterprise AI events and campaigns. The AI Transformation Enablement Lead will be measured on: Adoption & Engagement

  • Identification and resolution of adoption challenges
  • 5-8 years of experience in change management, training, communications, employee engagement, transformation, program management, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital, or AI initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate complex programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience managing communities, networks, or engagement programs. Preferred
  • Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, or workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and related AI tools.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or employee enablement programs.
