Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

ASAP Overview Critical executive supporting hyper-growth of large-scale data center infrastructure platforms powering AI and cloud demand. This role will stabilize, scale, and lead the technology function during a high-growth phase. Responsibilities Assess current technology environment; identify gaps and immediate priorities Stabilize and optimize enterprise systems, with a focus on improving Oracle performance and alignment with the business Define and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned to infrastructure expansion Lead architecture decisions across data center and integrated technology platforms Partner with finance and operations to align systems with public company requirements and growth objectives Build and lead a lean technology team; establish structure, governance, and operating cadence Ensure platform readiness for customer onboarding, scalability, and reliability Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, investment prioritization, and risk Requirements Prior CTO or CIO experience within a public company Track record scaling technology in high-growth, capital-intensive environments Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or related industries Strong Oracle experience, including stabilization or transformation of underperforming environments Hands-on leader capable of operating in a lean, build-stage organization About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
