$109,470.00Yearly Salary Job Summary:
The CTO will lead the technology department, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of internal systems, databases, and technology processes, overseeing cybersecurity, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise IT department operations, ensuring system efficiency and continuity.
- Coordinate and lead the technology team, assigning tasks and overseeing projects.
- Implement cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive corporate and client data.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including OFAC, FinCEN, and Texas Department of Banking.
- Lead technology modernization projects and digital infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical systems and databases.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report system performance in accordance with industry standards and IT best practices Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information systems or Software Engineering.
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Valid Driver's License
- Class C
- A minimum of 24 months of experience in a supervisory role.
Schedule/Shift:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 Hours per week
Shift:
9am- 5pm
