Yearly Salary Job Summary:
The CTO will lead the technology department, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of internal systems, databases, and technology processes, overseeing cybersecurity, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise IT department operations, ensuring system efficiency and continuity.
  • Coordinate and lead the technology team, assigning tasks and overseeing projects.
  • Implement cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive corporate and client data.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including OFAC, FinCEN, and Texas Department of Banking.
  • Lead technology modernization projects and digital infrastructure improvements.
  • Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical systems and databases.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize internal processes and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report system performance in accordance with industry standards and IT best practices Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information systems or Software Engineering.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Class C
  • A minimum of 24 months of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 Hours per week

    9am
  • 5pm
