We are seeking a dedicated Sr Principle Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support executive leadership in a dynamic cybersecurity environment while driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to cybersecurity leadership, translating strategies into actionable plans and execution. Coordinate leadership rhythms, including staff meetings and reporting, to ensure alignment across cybersecurity priorities. Manage the cybersecurity budget and vendor relationships, ensuring financial stewardship and operational excellence. Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership, translating technical vulnerabilities into business risks. Serve as a proxy for the Chief Information Security Officer in high-stakes meetings and decision-making processes. Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective communication across various departments. Skills Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Operations, or Management Consulting. Proven managerial experience of at least 7 years, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Technical literacy in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), SOC operations, and cloud security architecture. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing complex project portfolios. High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive data, capable of effectively managing up. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a cybersecurity role within a similar organization. Advanced degrees or certifications related to cybersecurity or management. Experience managing a Project Management Office and Agile coaching teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
