Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Sr. Director, Digital Twin Warehousing to define, build, and scale PepsiCo's global Warehousing Digital Twin product line across all distribution centers, warehouses, and mixing centers. This role will own the strategy, product roadmap, and value delivery of warehousing-focused digital twins that improve throughput, space utilization, service performance, and cost-to-serve through simulation, intelligent insights, and operational optimization. This leader will bring a strong product mindset to transform warehousing digital twins from isolated site solutions into scalable, reusable products—delivered through a highly matrixed organization across Supply Chain Operations, Transformation, Sector IT, Data/AI, and strategic partners. The portfolio spans Spatial Twins, Engineering (Simulation) Twins, Operational Twins, Integrated Supply Chain Twins, and Adaptive Twins, including Intelligent Vision and Discrete Event Simulation capabilities embedded into warehousing workflows and systems. Responsibilities Warehousing Digital Twin Product Strategy (Vision, Roadmap, Scale): Own the global vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for the Warehousing Digital Twin product line across DCs, warehouses, and mixing centers. Define standard warehousing problem statements and scalable features to focus investment on repeatable products vs. one-off site solutions. Establish clear product outcomes and performance measures tied to warehousing KPIs (e.g., throughput, congestion, labor productivity, service). Drive a global adoption strategy including deployment waves, change management, training, and site enablement. Digital Twin Products & Capabilities Delivery (Warehousing Portfolio): Deliver Spatial Digital Twins for site master planning, space optimization, and layout-driven decision support. Deliver Engineering Twins using material flow planning and discrete event simulation for what-if scenarios, capacity, and constraint testing. Deliver Operational Twins integrating WMS-to-execution workflows (e.g., WMS → WES), enabling continuous monitoring and operational optimization. Scale advanced capabilities including automation asset optimization simulation (AGVs/cobots), synthetic data enablement for robotics training, and next-generation adaptive twin capabilities. Intelligent Vision & Insights as
Warehousing Products:
Own Intelligent Vision as a scalable warehousing product capability enabling root cause analysis and operational insights. Partner with vision, AI, and data teams to deploy vision-based analytics supporting quality, safety, and efficiency use cases in warehouse environments. Ensure vision outputs become reusable "platform-ready" modules (data products, event signals, models) that can be replicated across sites. Establish continuous improvement loops that validate accuracy, business impact, and operational adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership, Governance, and Value Realization:
Lead execution through mission-based delivery teams by aligning business, technology, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable warehousing products. Partner closely with the Digital Twin Platform & Solutions leader to ensure warehousing products are delivered on standardized platform services and architectures. Drive executive-ready business cases, benefit tracking, and value realization governance, ensuring measurable outcomes and transparent reporting. Lead strategic vendor and partner collaboration for warehousing twin delivery (simulation providers, vision partners, system integrators), ensuring roadmap alignment and accountable delivery.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $178,500 - $362,300. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Car allowance.

Experience 12+ years in warehousing/logistics operations, supply chain transformation, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology delivery. Proven experience building and scaling digital products in complex, global, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated success delivering simulation/optimization or operational analytics capabilities across distribution networks preferred.
Domain & Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of DC/warehouse operations, constraints, and key levers (slotting, replenishment, yard/dock, flow, congestion). Experience with material flow and discrete event simulation and scenario planning approaches. Familiarity integrating with warehousing systems (e.g., WMS/WES) and operational data sources; data/AI and vision enablement experience preferred. Leadership Strong executive influence and stakeholder alignment skills across business and technology leaders. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and partners with outcome ownership and execution rigor.
Success Metrics:
