Technology, Software, IT, Electronics Description Description The Customer's Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Team Systems Engineering and Technical Assistant (SETA) role is a full-time position central to the coordination and smooth daily operation of the AI Research Team and associated IC-level activities. As part of the AI research team, the SETA will be trusted to coordinate and manage activities related to a variety of sensitive topics to include intelligence writing, strengthening research proposals, and hands-on support to technical activities. The SETA must be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of operating both independently and in team settings. Specific Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Leverage AI expertise to support the AI research team's technical initiatives Contribute to research ideation and execution through peer review, concept of operations formulation, and partner engagement Interpret technical data on AI-related experiments Draft, coordinate, and publish technical documents for customers and IC partners
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience Four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree and at least eight years of work experience Prior Customer experience with knowledge of Intelligence Community applications, systems, tools, and protocols Expertise on Artificial Intelligence and high-performance computing topics Proficiency with programming languages for data manipulation (Unix, Python, etc.) Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project applications Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issues Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion Proven ability to adaptively prioritize time-sensitive issues Self-starter who is flexible and willing to meet challenges and changing needs of dynamic organization Proven track record of being a team player who is willing to pitch in and get the job done Experience with intelligence production and dissemination Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
