My client, is a 600 million dollar a year, +3500 person, +80 offices National AEC firm with a fast growing advanced Rail/Transit National Practice. Already selected and on the Billion dollar Sound Transit MATOC. We are seeking an experienced and Regional Director/Rail Business Unit Leader of Transportation Services to drive innovation, growth, and excellence within the Rail discipline for team members located in Seattle. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical expertise, and team development. This is more than just a management position, it's a chance to influence the direction of my thriving Rail discipline and make a lasting impact on the communities of the Pacific Northwest, their clients (Sound Transit), and the regional commuter system. A hybrid work arrangement is an option. In this role, you'll oversee the professional, technical, managerial, marketing, administrative, and financial performance of the Transportation Rail Services discipline across the the PNW within the region. You'll provide strategic direction, champion business development, and ensure operational excellence while growing and leading and your geographic market as key part of the National Rail Transportation Practice Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve established goals Directs overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work Responsible for discipline marketing and business development Responsible for billings and collections. Works with the National Market Leaders on resource sharing and staffing needs. Responsible for regional training and staff development. Total comp range 250-300K annually
