Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Siemens NX 5-Axis Programmer position include: Expert-level experience with Siemens NX CAM for 5-axis programming Strong background in aerospace manufacturing with complex geometries and tight tolerances Experience programming large, high-value, low-volume aerospace parts Hands-on knowledge of multi-axis machining strategies, kinematics, simulation, verification, and post-processing Ability to program advanced 5-axis CNC machining operations on machines such as Cincinnati Gantrys, Mazaks, Haas DMS, and more Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining challenges on critical aerospace components Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and performance Continuously improve machining processes for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability

Salary :

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
