This role is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex logic programming and professional client relations. You will serve as a lead technician for high-profile systems throughout the Greater Bay Area.

Critical Requirements Experience:

5+ years of dedicated fire alarm service and programming experience.

EST Mastery:

Advanced programming knowledge of EST 3 is mandatory. Knowledge of EST 4 (especially programming) is a major plus.

On-Call Availability:

Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule ( 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ).

Union Status:

Current union member in good standing or willing/eligible to join the union upon hire.

Mobility & Physicality:

Clean driving record for travel across the Greater Bay Area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts.

Technical Skills & Systems Primary Focus:

Troubleshoot, repair, and program EST 3 systems.

Secondary Systems:

Experience with EST 4, Firelite, and Silent Knight is highly desirable.

Digital Communication:

Proficiency in email communication is required for reporting, client updates, and internal coordination.

Code Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72 and California Fire Code. Professionalism & Client Facing As a representative of our company at major job sites, the following soft skills are essential:
