Process Engineering Overview:
Led the development of a data-driven application to support process engineering activities in a pharmaceutical setting. The project focused on building robust data pipelines and interactive dashboards to monitor and visualize process flow data, integrating engineering tools and pharma-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Designed and implemented end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle databases using SQL. Built interactive data applications using R (Shiny) and C#, enabling engineers to analyze and visualize production metrics. Collaborated closely with process engineers to digitize and represent process flow diagrams, including tank-level monitoring and real-time process data integration. Developed web-based tools using React for visualizing complex system interactions and process flow. Ensured data integrity and scalability for pharma-grade applications, complying with relevant quality standards. Contributed to 80% of the data engineering workload, interfacing with software development and pharma process optimization.
