Candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in precision machining and prototype manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up and operate prototype short-run parts and limited production runs Work with 3-axis mills as well as 4th and 5th axis machining centers Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Use precision inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met Assist with CNC programming and process improvements as needed Qualifications 5-10 years of machining experience required Strong understanding of GD&T and print reading Experience with inspection equipment and quality control procedures CNC programming experience is helpful Ability to work independently and maintain close tolerances Benefits Medical and Life Insurance
