Job Description

Industrial automation and manufacturing data systems role focused on Allen-Bradley PLC development, Ignition platform integration, SCADA/MES connectivity, and automated reporting. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field 3-5+ years of relevant experience Allen-Bradley PLC software development experience Rockwell/Allen-Bradley systems experience Ignition platform experience Experience designing software systems Experience developing software systems Experience verifying software systems Experience connecting PLC-based manufacturing equipment to SCADA, MES, or data platforms Experience with PLC communications Experience with tag structures OPC UA experience Industrial networking experience Real-time data acquisition experience Power BI experience SQL or database-connected reporting experience Preferred Skills Medical device experience QSR experience Change control experience in a regulated environment Software validation experience in a regulated industry Digital Factory experience IIoT experience Industry 4.0 experience DeviceWISE platform experience MQTT protocol experience Python programming experience Experience with OEE reporting Experience with equipment performance reporting Job Responsibilities Develop software for Allen-Bradley PLC systems Integrate PLC-based manufacturing equipment with SCADA, MES, and data platforms Configure Ignition for device connectivity, tag management, database integration, scripting, and dashboard development Build data pipelines using manufacturing data sources Support site-wide manufacturing visibility through equipment and operational data Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL-connected data sources Publish and maintain dashboards that refresh from manufacturing data sources Model operational data for actionable KPIs Support real-time data acquisition from manufacturing equipment Verify software systems according to project and regulatory requirements Support manufacturing data system development, integration, and reporting activities
Pay:
