You will leverage your expertise in Zeiss Calypso software to drive process efficiency and provide critical insights that directly impact manufacturing success and product conformity. Responsibilities Architect and optimize sophisticated Calypso inspection routines for Zeiss CMM platforms to ensure maximum throughput. Translate complex 3D CAD data and engineering specifications into precise, automated measurement programs. Act as the primary technical resource for GD&T interpretation, guiding cross-functional teams through tolerance stack-up analysis and functional inspection strategies. Drive continuous improvement by refining inspection cycles, enhancing repeatability, and implementing advanced reporting automation. Conduct root cause analysis on dimensional nonconformances, partnering with engineering to optimize part design for manufacturability. Mentor junior staff on metrology best practices, calibration strategies, and advanced measurement system analysis (MSA).
