eligibles. Videos Duties Help As a Program Analyst, you will: Identify and recommend enhanced work processes, increased responsiveness, efficient use of resources, and quality service delivery. Perform user acceptance testing to ensure software quality and to appropriely document changes including upding various standard opering procedures (SOP). Obtain and document program requirements to ensure program/system meet such requirements. Prepare test cases by composing test scripts and preparing necessary files and dabases to appropriely test proposed changes and regression test unaffected cases.
