Develops enterprise - wide policy directives, operional frameworks, and associed merial th govern program management and operions. Acts as the Navy CYP subject mter expert and lead for Navy MCC Central. Leads policy integrion efforts to consolide, simplify, and align policy across the CYP enterprise, elimining redundancies and resolving conflicts. Coordines with CYP business lines on policy development, official releases, and stregic communicion and educion for the CYP enterprise. Conducts program analysis for a wide variety of complex, interreled, and often unprecedented issues. Develops innovive and effective solutions for critical challenges facing the enterprise. analyzes complex policy and compliance findings to identify systemic trends across the CYP enterprise, developing and recommending courses of action to ensure CYP policies are sustainable within evolving staffing and resource structures. CNIC AOR.
Transles approved legislive changes and upded instructions into CNIC policy and instruction updes and collabores on determinions of implemention stregies. Collabores with the inspection team to establish and upde inspection criteria, ensuring direct alignment with current policy and standards. Acts as a primary liaison with Regional CYP Managers and senior installion leadership on significant policy and compliance issues, providing authoritive interpretion and guidance. Provides authoritive technical guidance to Navy leadership, Regional Commands, and field activities, using stistical analysis and predictive modeling to support recommendions for correcting deficiencies and enhancing performance.
