Millwork Drafting Full Job Description Job Description:

Idea Wood Corp is looking for an experienced Cabinet Vision Drafter/Programmer to join our millwork team. We are looking for someone who has strong, proven experience using Cabinet Vision for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. This position requires someone who can take plans, field measurements, and design intent, and turn them into accurate shop drawings, cut lists, CNC-ready files, and production information. This is not an entry-level position . The right person must already know Cabinet Vision and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Prepare shop drawings for custom millwork, kitchens, vanities, closets, wall panels, and commercial cabinetry. Create accurate Cabinet Vision files for production. Generate cut lists, material reports, hardware reports, and CNC output. Coordinate with estimators, project managers, shop team, and installers. Review architectural plans and identify issues before production. Make revisions based on field conditions, client comments, and approvals. Help organize projects for fabrication and installation.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Cabinet Vision is required. Experience with custom cabinetry, commercial millwork, and architectural drawings. Ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings. Knowledge of cabinet construction, hardware, materials, and CNC production. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus. Experience with CNC output is strongly preferred. Must be able to work in person and communicate clearly with the team.•Descripción del trabajo: Idea Wood Corp está buscando una persona con experiencia usando Cabinet Vision para unirse a nuestro equipo de millwork y cabinetry. Coordinar con el equipo de estimación, producción, instalación y diseño. Hacer revisiones según comentarios del cliente, medidas de campo o cambios del proyecto.

Requisitos:

Experiencia usando Cabinet Vision requerida. Conocimiento de fabricación de gabinetes y millwork. Capacidad para leer planos arquitectónicos y dibujos de taller. Conocimiento de materiales, hardware y métodos de construcción de gabinetes. Ser detallista, responsable y capaz de trabajar con fechas límite. Experiencia con AutoCAD, SketchUp o CNC es un plus. Debe poder trabajar presencialmente y comunicarse bien con el equipo.

Pay:
