SCADA/HMI

systems and interfaces Convert engineering narratives into functional PLC logic + SCADA configurations Configure RTUs, communication protocols, and system integrations Design

HMI/SCADA

screens (UI/UX + navigation) Perform testing, validation, and system commissioning (onsite or remote) Troubleshoot electrical, network, and control system issues Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and field teams Maintain technical documentation and system updates What You Need (Must-Haves) 3+ years of PLC programming + SCADA/HMI experience Strong experience with ladder logic and industrial control systems Ability to read electrical drawings and P&IDs Experience with SCADA platforms, RTUs, and communication protocols Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical + networking + controls) Ability to translate technical requirements into working systems Nice to Have Experience in utilities, water/wastewater, or industrial environments Exposure to UI/UX design for industrial interfaces Experience with system integration and commissioning Background working with cross-functional technical teams What to Expect Programming-heavy role (hands-on
