Provide technical mentorship to junior installers and ensure all hardware—from security and surveillance to climate control—is online and optimized. What You Bring to the Table 4+ years of hands-on experience in Smart Home Programming (specifically Lutron Designer, Control4 Home, or similar platforms).

Technical Mastery :

Deep knowledge of IP networking, Wi-Fi optimization, and A/V signal flow.

A Growth Mindset:

A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative when facing complex technical challenges.

Precision & Polish:

The ability to communicate technical concepts to high-net-worth clients with clarity and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in tight, confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, closets).

Requirements:

Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving history. Must be able to pass an MVR, background check, and drug screen.
