Job Description
Job Summary Industrial Thermal Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Programmer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems who can support industrial operations, troubleshoot control systems, and help develop innovative automation solutions for the field. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and supporting real-world industrial applications in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems Develop and maintain industrial automation and control solutions Support field operations with startup, commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Configure remote access and communications for industrial control systems Work closely with operations and management teams to improve efficiency and reliability Modify existing programs and create new automation logic as needed Maintain documentation for control systems, programming changes, and equipment Assist with testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Provide occasional on-site support at customer and company locations Required Experience Industrial programming and controls experience Strong working knowledge of: PLC programming HMI development SCADA systems Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Understanding of industrial networking and communications Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Additional Requirements Some travel is required for field support, project startup, and customer site visits Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer-paid Basic Life & AD&D 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Supportive, team-focused work environment At I.T.S., we believe in providing friendly, honest, high-quality service while continuing to grow and innovate within the industries we serve.
