Job Description:
  • Developing CNC machining programs Utilizing Siemens NX software to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes
  • Interpreting technical drawings Analysing job orders| drawings| blueprints| specifications| and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.
  • Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.
  • Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions| issue mitigation
  • Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure
