Duties Help You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Cryptologic Requirements Analyst) in the Fleet Warfare Requirements and Assessments Division, Warfare Requirements Directore U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM). You will identify and articule urgent/emergent Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Informion Operions and Informion Warfare warfighting capability gaps and operional needs in support of Fleet Cyber Command requirements. You will upde and review tasking requirements to identify, influence, and support to ensure Navy operional requirements are being met. You will identify and interpret relevant informion including government and industry standards/practices to present innovive alternive approaches to senior leadership and address critical programming issues. You will conduct assessments of existing and potential Fleet Cyber Command and Nional Security Agency programs to determine program performance adequacy and supportability of Navy operional missions. You will support the development of Program Objective Memorandum submissions and justificions for assigned Fleet/Cryptologic/Informion Warfare-reled programs. You will respond to all working group tasking within specified timelines. You will plan and carry out all assignments necessary for the analysis and evaluion of the effectiveness of programs and operions or the productivity and efficiency of management processes. You will coordine with Fleet Cyber Command directores to evalue, coordine, document, and submit Joint Force Requirements Process and other tasking requirements.
