Job Requirements Patuxent River, MD Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified $105,000 - $125,000 Job Description Seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Program Analyst to work Onsite supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee development of TDs (Technical Directives), ECPs (Engineering Change Proposals), and managing various GSSA engineering efforts Perform functions/role within the Agile SAFe software development framework Manage GSSA support for PMA engineering efforts to include the development, troubleshooting, and QA (Quality Assurance) validation of software loading procedures and software configurations Demonstrate technical understanding of aircraft equipment, ability to follow technical manuals, ability to identify red lines to loading instructions, and attention to details following technical instructions for installer/maintenance instructions Perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis) Work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership/PMA Perform technical analysis and work with SMEs to solve problems Coordinate efforts within cross-functional teams Develop and present briefing slides
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in the development of TDs (Technical Directives), ECPs (Engineering Change Proposals), and managing various GSSA engineering efforts Experience working with software or DoD platforms Experience in engineering efforts to include the development, troubleshooting, and QA (Quality Assurance) validation of software loading procedures and software configurations Experience in performing programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis) Experience working with project schedules, track tasking, and providing status to leadership and the PMA Experience in performing technical analysis and working with SMEs to solve problems Experience in coordinating efforts within cross-functional teams

BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology (Desired)

COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
