Job Description
Responsibilities
Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support one of our government customers. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support to a team of Software Engineers while working closely with government personnel, military staff, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications to prepare and manage documents
Greeting visitors and assisting with office coordination
Answering and directing phone calls professionally
Editing and formatting briefs, reports, and presentations
Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
Managing media requests, including copying, creating, shipping, and tracking media assets
Updating and maintaining program databases
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing packages
Supporting day-to-day office and program operations as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
Must successfully pass a background investigation
U.S. Citizenship required

Compensation Statement
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
