Job Description
Develop software and systems that enable TWR's worldwide mass media reach. Do you have experience as a software developer or analyst? TWR needs programmers and analysts to help build and support its radio transmission, internet distribution, and back-office systems. Come join a team that is focused on streamlining processes and developing clean, managed, and efficient code.

This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Programmer Analyst, USA, Africa, Americas, Asia, and Europe The IT/IS department is looking for a new team member to serve as Programmer Analyst, developing software and systems that enable TWR's worldwide mass media reach.Core competencies:
Proficiency with one or more programming languages Skill in analyzing core data and processes to address user and organizational needs Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience Experience and comfortable working in a disciplined agile project environment Able to manage multiple priorities Effective verbal and written communication Effective interpersonal and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Meeting with customers to understand software and data needs. Designing, developing, testing, updating, and documenting custom built software and computer systems Managing source code and code promotion processesDesirable Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL Proficiency with Gitlab, GitHub, or another Git based repository Experience using DockerSimilar remote jobs
